Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A credit card processing fee (variable rate) will apply.
After 24 Hours: If production has started, cancellations will incur a $150 restocking fee. For certain brands, an additional restocking fee of up to $1000 USD may apply, depending on the stage of production. Please inquire for specific details related to your order.
After 72 Hours: Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours from the time of purchase.
Ready to Ship/In-Stock Sex Dolls
Our Ready-to-Ship sex dolls are designed to provide a fast and hassle-free experience, so you won’t have to wait for months. Once we receive your order, we immediately process it and create a shipping label for the carrier to pick up your package.
There is a grace period between order placement and tracking fulfillment. Once a tracking number is issued, it indicates that we have prepared the package, paid for shipping, and notified the carrier for pickup. Please note that a Restock Fee will apply if the order is canceled after the tracking number has been fulfilled.
