We proceed to the shipping process only after both the functionality test is completed and the appeal is approved. With all these pre-shipment procedures in place, all sales are final. Due to the intimate and highly personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where the product arrives damaged. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at contact@sexdollqueen.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Our team will review your case and provide further instructions.
Order Cancellations

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A credit card processing fee (variable rate) will apply.

After 24 Hours: If production has started, cancellations will incur a $150 restocking fee. For certain brands, an additional restocking fee of up to $1000 USD may apply, depending on the stage of production. Please inquire for specific details related to your order.

After 72 Hours: Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours from the time of purchase.
