Shipping Insurance for Customized Sex Dolls
Most customized sex dolls are shipped from China, involving international shipping. For these orders, we have partnered with Ping An Insurance, a globally renowned insurance provider based in China. Ping An Insurance ensures prompt and responsive service for orders shipped from China.
To file a claim, please contact us at contact@sexdollqueen.com. Be sure to include "Urgent Broken Package" in the subject line, as claims must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide a photo or video showing the damage to the package. Since we do not disclose the contents of the box, we highly recommend recording a video of the unboxing, ensuring the tracking label is visible.
Shipping Insurance for In-Stock Sex Dolls
We also include insurance for domestic shipments of in-stock sex dolls. Depending on your location, we will choose a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or truck delivery, and we issue insurance directly with the carrier. As with customized dolls, please keep a detailed record as described above to help start a claim.
