After-Sales Service PeriodRobotic dolls come with a 5-month after-sales service, starting from the date of delivery. Proper usage of the robot doll is essential; any intentional damage will void this service.
Reporting IssuesIf you notice any unusual behavior or malfunction with your robotic doll, please stop using it immediately and contact the vendor or salesperson. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Repair and Replacement PolicyAs we cannot provide door-to-door maintenance, we will refund the cost of the robotic functions in case of damage or malfunction. For severe issues, a replacement body will be provided. We do not offer factory repair services to return the doll to its original condition.
Consumable NatureRobot sex dolls are classified as consumable products. They have a shorter lifespan compared to non-robotic dolls. The 5-month after-sales service does not cover damages caused by human interference or malicious intent. After the 5-month period, no compensation or service will be provided.
